    • If false, misleading, or unlawful information is detected, Moko reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the app.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password.

  3. Use of the Service

    • All content provided in the app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
    • Copying, distributing, reproducing, or using app content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
    • Moko may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

  4. Permissions: Location and Notifications

    With the user’s consent, the app may:

    • Use limited location-related information (if required for specific features)
    • Send push notifications related to app services and updates

    Users can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through their device settings.

  5. Accuracy of Information

    While Moko strives to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions, or delays.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    Moko shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy

    Moko may collect the following information through Firebase services:

    • Account information (email address, encrypted password)
    • User-generated content (images, posts)
    • App usage data (such as app interactions and logs)

    Moko does not collect precise location data unless explicitly stated and required for core app functionality.

    We use Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In for authentication and analytics purposes.

    • Moko does not use cookies.
    • Firebase Analytics is used solely for app performance monitoring and usage analysis.

  5. User Rights and Account Deletion

    Users have the right to:

    • Access their personal data
    • Delete their account and associated data at any time

    Account Deletion Process

    Users can permanently delete their account directly within the Moko app by following these steps:

    1. Open the Moko app
    2. Go to Profile → Settings
    3. Select Delete Account
    4. Confirm the deletion request

    Once confirmed, the account deletion process is completed automatically.

    Data Deletion Scope

    Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

    • User account information
    • Email address
    • User-generated content

    Data Retention

    Some data may be temporarily retained if required by applicable laws, security purposes, or fraud prevention, after which it will be permanently deleted.

  6. Data Security

    • All user data is transmitted securely using encryption in transit.
    • We do not sell or share user data with third parties, except when required by law.
